It is a book about faith and values and I think that it also has applications in our work at Doerre.
Who we are is stated and published in our Values, Vision, Mission and Purpose.
If we make decisions based upon these beliefs and utilize them in our communication and interaction with others we should always know what to do.
Following the path created by our values may not be the easiest thing to do or the path of least resistance, but it will clearly be where we must go if we just listen to ourselves.
Please let me know if you would like a copy of the book.
Early Monday morning at 1:30 a.

EOS is the Entrepreneurial Operating System.
It's the system Doerre Construction has chosen to run on.
The leadership team attended the first ever Conference for Companies Running on EOS in Atlanta on April 20th and 21st.
And we want the entire team to know WE LEARNED A TON!
We saw the author and founder of the EOS system, Gino Wickman, speak about what he has dubbed 'The EOS Life'.
We learned about how to make our hiring process better.
We learned more about the EOS Tools - and how we can クレイジーモンキーゲームをプレイ use them and incorprate them into our daily conversations and processes.
We learned about tribal trust and self trust.
We learned that we need to be having a quarterly conversation with every employee.
We learned a book is due out in September called "What the スペードのゲームをする is EOS" - and we plan to get every employee a copy.
And we learend that EOS is really what we should be calling this system we have grown to love - not Traction.
Traction is a book.
EOS is the system.
These are just a few of the learnings and ideas we captured in this powerful two day conference and wanted to share a bit of that with all of you - and let you know more information and tools will be forthcoming.
These ideas and learnings will not set a new course for Doerre - we are and will continue to be on the righ path.
The EOS system has been working here and we are excited to increase our knowldege of the tools alrady present in the EOS System - and continue to make it better and more impactful for the team as well as each member individually.
Thanks for your support and all the hard work you do every day to make this a great place to work.
It was a big surprise and a step up in the birthday shenanigans here at the office.
Thanks to all who helped create the look and a big thanks to Julie who pitched in and helped me get things back to normal, whatever that is.

I ran my first 10 K this past weekend in Charleston.

Our Subs — our Team Kudos to Ben Vaughan for providing myself and the Preconstruction department with some valuable feedback on some subcontractors he had either good or bad experiences with on one of his recent projects.
After our Operations meeting, where I opened for input - Ben shared with me two subcontractors who stood out to him from his time at QT Gaffney.
And I hope that this post will allow everyone to reflect a bit on the Team of subs they have on their project and continue to provide input on performance that allows us to capitalize on our strong resources, and grow those flowers that need watering.
Thomas Brothers Landscaping was on the high performing side for Ben — they lived up to their schedule iPad用のエキサイティングな無料ゲーム, they worked WITH the team through problems, and most importantly, they communicated when they saw an issue.
The strength was not that everything went absolutely perfectly, but that they played as a team quickly informing Ben when they struck a site line that was not their own.
Casco signs fell on the other end of the spectrum for this particular project.
Their lack of communication and professionalism cost Ben nearly 2 weeks with the simple oversight of not calling in a locate when one was clearly needed.
Ben also acknowledged this was his first experience with Casco, so it could have been a fluke — but to that iPad用のエキサイティングな無料ゲーム, we find it invaluable to iPad用のエキサイティングな無料ゲーム feedback from as many of you as we can about the folks you are working with — learn more here we can help you, help them, and ultimately help our team by deciding iPad用のエキサイティングな無料ゲーム use those subcontractors who truly become a part of our team.
Thanks Ben — and I look forward to any comments and further feedback!

Team, Below is the link for the article we discussed in this week's Town Hall meeting.
For Doerre to grow and be successful it requires each one of us to ensure we are doing everything we can to provide a great experience.
Something from the article that stood out to me is this: "g reat Customer Experiences are not exclusively the preserve of those with huge budgets.
Be sure to read it and take a little time to reflect.
We would love to hear any thoughts you have!
